Analyst Management II

Centurum is seeking an experienced Analyst Management II to provide expert management analysis and support to U.S. Navy weapons systems programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program requirements monitoring, financial and logistical analysis, and Integrated Product Support (IPS) management, ensuring adherence to Navy standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct management analysis for U.S. Navy weapons systems programs with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Monitor program requirements, track schedules, and perform financial and logistical analyses to ensure all Integrated Product Support elements are effectively managed and documented according to Navy standards.

Maintain and manage program support documentation, including Program Support Data (PSD) sheets.

Provide recommendations on funding, schedule, and resource allocation based on program data analysis.

Conduct Analyses of Alternatives (AoA) and Business Case Analyses (BCA) to support decision-making for equipment and component selection.

Perform parts availability analysis, monitor and respond to Casualty Reports (CASREP), and evaluate program spares requirements.

Required Skills / Experience

This position is required to have and maintain a Secret US DoD security clearance.

Minimum 7 years of experience providing management analysis for U.S. Navy weapons systems programs.

Minimum 3 years experience monitoring program requirements, tracking schedules, and performing financial / logistical analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other project management or financial systems.

Comprehensive knowledge of logistics, acquisition, and management principles, including Navy-specific instructions and procedures.

Experience analyzing program data to advise on funding, schedule, and resource allocation requirements.

Familiarity with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) systems.

Preferred Skills

Research experience on combat system configuration changes, industry advancements, and emerging trends affecting Capabilities & Limitations requirements.

Experience developing and delivering reports and presentations to management and stakeholders.

Experience performing financial and sparing analysis to support readiness and operational objectives.

Experience with software reliability modeling.

Experience developing Business Case Analysis (BCA) or Analyses of Alternatives for DMSMS case resolutions.

Education Requirements

Degree : Baccalaureate

Field of Study : Computer Science, IT Systems, or Engineering

Compensation

Compensation for positions at Centurum varies depending on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, location, responsibilities, skill set, and level of experience.
