As a Senior Manager, you'll lead and mentor a team of CDH specialists focused on delivering real-time decisioning strategies that optimize customer experiences and business outcomes.

What You'll Do At Pega

  • Team Leadership & Development (40%)

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Specialist SCs focused on Customer Decision Hub implementations and customer engagement optimization.

  • Foster a culture of commercial excellence, solution innovation, best practice implementation and continuous learning around real-time decisioning best practices.
  • Support career growth through mentoring on both technical CDH capabilities and strategic selling methodologies.
  • Commercial Strategy & Implementation Leadership (35%)
  • Oversee delivery of compelling CDH demonstrations showcasing Next Best Action, real-time personalization, and omnichannel orchestration capabilities.

  • Drive high-quality execution of both presales engagements and best practice implementation guidance, leveraging CDH\'s decisioning engines, AI-powered recommendations, and customer journey optimization.
  • Partner with account teams, consulting and strategic partners to translate business requirements into CDH solutions, delivering measurable ROI and customer lifetime value improvements.
  • Connect with key CDH customers and prospects, typically CMO and CXO profiles to accelerate opportunity progression and customer value realization.
  • Thought Leadership & Market Expertise (25%)
  • Champion best practices in real-time decisioning and customer engagement optimization across the SC team and broader ecosystem.

  • Stay current on CDH advancements, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in personalization, AI-driven engagement, and decisioning analytics.
  • Share insights and proven methodologies around CDH implementations, customer engagement strategies, and revenue optimization with internal teams and partners.
  • Who You Are

  • A strategic leader with deep passion for customer engagement innovation and proven experience driving revenue through intelligent decisioning solutions.
  • Skilled in coaching technical teams while maintaining strong commercial focus and understanding of business impact.
  • Expert at managing complex implementation cycles and navigating enterprise-level customer engagement transformations.
  • A collaborative communicator who excels in cross-functional environments and can translate technical CDH capabilities into compelling business value propositions.
  • What You've Accomplished

  • 8+ years in customer engagement solutions, marketing technology, or real-time decisioning platforms, with 2+ years in leadership or team management roles.
  • Proven success in selling and implementing customer engagement solutions that demonstrate clear ROI and business impact.
  • Experience mentoring solution consultants in complex B2C software sales and implementations, preferably in customer engagement or marketing domains.
  • Experienced in engaging with C-Suite Executives to drive buy in and demand for cutting edge decisioning solutions.
  • Deep familiarity with Pega Customer Decision Hub or similar real-time decisioning platforms, including personalization engines, Next Best Action strategies, and omnichannel orchestration.
  • Strong background in customer engagement optimization, including experience with real time customer decisioning, customer journey analytics, conversion optimization, and marketing optimization.
