Licensed Practical Nurse Hospice Kansas City, MO

A healthcare organization in Kansas City, Missouri is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their Hospice care team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide outstanding patient care in a team-based environment, competitive pay at approximately $30 per hour, and additional stipends for on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans

Support patients in Kansas City and surrounding areas

Meet critical deadlines for charting

Self-manage time and schedule

Drive to / from patient locations as needed

Schedule

Monday Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m. (start / end times may vary)

On-call rotation for evenings and weekends, approximately five shifts per month

Additional stipends provided for on-call duties

Travel

Occasional local travel within the assigned territory

Qualifications

Required

Associate degree or higher

Valid LPN license in Missouri (MO)

Minimum 2 years of Hospice experience

Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), TruChart EHR, or similar

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Ability to self-manage schedule and meet deadlines

Preferred

LPN license number available for verification

Compensation

Estimated $30 per hour

Additional stipends for on-call coverage
