A company is looking for a Customer Success Lead to build and lead their Customer Success function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of customers and build relationships with technical and business stakeholders
Analyze usage patterns and create custom LLM optimization strategies for customers
Establish the Customer Success foundation, including strategy, metrics, and operational workflows
Required Qualifications
5+ years in Customer Success with experience in building or scaling a CS function
Strong track record in retention and expansion
Hands-on approach with a focus on customer engagement
Technical depth with understanding of APIs and technical architectures
Deep knowledge of LLM / AI, including models and tradeoffs
