$300,000 to $350,000 per year

Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Position in Baton Rouge, LA

What We Offer You

  • Outpatient Practice Model : Full-time role focused on ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma-related care
  • Collaborative Multidisciplinary Team : Work alongside a C&A psychiatrist, NP, fellows, residents, externs, MAs, and RN support
  • Predictable Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM with no evenings or inpatient duties
  • Light Call Structure : Consult-only call shared 1 : 8 on weekends; no holiday or overnight requirements

Who You Are

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
  • Open to experienced physicians and 2025 graduates
  • Eligible for H1B or J1 visa sponsorship
  • Comfortable in a teaching and collaborative practice setting

  • Base Salary : $300,000 guaranteed with quality bonus opportunities
