Transport Driver CNA

The Plaza Health and Rehabilitation Center -

We are searching for a facility driver to transport patient to and from appointments.

Provides courtesy transportation services to residents and provides routine daily nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations as well as facility’s established nursing care guidelines.

Education & Certification : High school diploma or equivalent; successfully completed a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistance program, possess a current certification in good standing or be able to obtain certification within four months of employment, if allowable by the state; must have CPR certification.
