Job Description :
- Provide skilled occupational therapy assistant services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes
- Implement and carry out treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Assist patients in improving daily living skills, mobility, and independence
- Accurately document services using the EMR system WellSky (Kinnser)
- Educate patients and caregivers on safe techniques and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and caregivers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements :
- Active Texas COTA License
- EMR Experience – Wellsky / Kinnser is a Plus
- Home Health Experience is a plus
- Current CPR Certification
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
