We are looking for a skilled Loan Processor to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in guiding our clients' home financing journeys from application to closing. In this role, you'll be the central hub, ensuring every file is complete, compliant, and on track for a smooth, timely closing.

Core Responsibilities

As a Loan Processor, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of mortgage loan files. Your key responsibilities include :

• File Ownership & Processing : Compile and review all necessary financial and supporting documentation to build a complete loan file.
• Analysis & Compliance : Critically analyze loan applications, verify creditworthiness, and review automated underwriting (AUS) findings against loan guidelines.
• Documentation & Verification : Proactively request and secure required supporting documents (e.g., appraisals, VOE, VOD, title commitments) from internal and external partners.
• Quality Control : Thoroughly review files for completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness before submitting them to Underwriting, and efficiently clear any outstanding loan conditions.
• Workflow Management : Prioritize your pipeline to ensure all loans meet their scheduled closing dates.
• Communication & Service : Deliver outstanding service to borrowers, Loan Officers, and third-party vendors (Title, Appraisers). Act as the primary communicator to secure missing documentation and ensure all parties are aligned for a timely closing.
• Final Steps : Prepare and send out approval or denial letters and submit approved files to the Closing Department.

Required Qualifications

Candidates will have the option of working full-time in the office or adhering to a hybrid model as agreed upon with management.
