We're growing fast and looking for a   skilled Line Cook   to help us prepare high-quality, nutritious meals for our delivery customers! If you have a passion for clean, efficient cooking and thrive in a team-oriented kitchen, we want to hear from you.

Prepare and portion meals according to our rotating menus and recipes

Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and consistency

Support kitchen prep, cooking, packing, and inventory tasks

Work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-style kitchen environment

Ensure timely completion of all orders for delivery

✅ Requirements :

Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a commercial kitchen

Strong knife skills and attention to detail

Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines

Team player with a great attitude and reliability

Food Handler’s Permit (or willingness to obtain)

Consistent schedule and hours (no late nights!)

The Prep Cook is a part-time position based in Long Island City.

You   must   work Sundays 7am-4pm and Monday 5am-2pm. If you are not available on Sundays and Mondays, please do not apply. We anticipate you will work at least 18 hours per week, subject to business needs.
