Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to join our dynamic Adolescent Department . This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents and their families navigating recovery. The clinician will provide direct care through family therapy , comprehensive assessments , group and individual therapy sessions , and facilitation of the Parent Project program .

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence in behavioral health, while upholding Cottonwood's mission and embodying our core values in every aspect of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy services to adolescents and their caregivers.
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
• Facilitate Parent Project workshops, equipping parents with tools to support their teens’ recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, schools, and external partners to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services.
• Participate in supervision, case consultations, and team meetings to support clinical development and quality care.
