I-State Truck Center is looking for Diesel Mechanic / Technician(s) of all skill levels for our Great Falls Montana location. We are currently seeking Diesel Mechanic / Technician(s) to join our team who are specializing in Freightliner, Detroit, Allison, Cummins, CAT products, MTU and more! We are offering highly competitive wages!

Diesel Technicians will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and related components in trucks, buses, and other heavy-duty vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, diagnostic skills, and a passion for working with diesel engines.

Diesel Mechanic / Technician Job Duties

• Responsible for repairing, maintaining diesel engines and diesel components used in various vehicles and diesel equipment.
• Technical degree or certification a plus.
• Accurately and efficiently diagnose complex diesel engine conditions and make necessary repairs.
• Communicate effectively with peers, foreman, and service team regarding those repairs.
• Quality control work performed to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Keep paperwork updated and handed in upon completion.
• Meet requirements for certifications.
