This role follows a 3rd shift schedule, working from 9 : 30 PM to 6 : 30 AM, with designated days off on Saturday & Sunday.

The Tempo FSQA Supervisor is responsible for driving the food safety and quality control shift functions within Tempo RTH. The role includes a combination of supervision and active participation in the tasks to ensure that all products are safe, consistent, of the highest quality, and meet all requirements.

Detailed Responsibilities

Reporting & Planning

• Assign daily and weekly responsibilities for RTH FSQA Techs and Sanitors, making sure there are appropriate resources to cover all activities
• Assist FSQA RTH Superintendent with development of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual schedules.
• Create FSQA Supervisor Recap; document any issues and work with the FSQA RTH Superintendent for resolution
• Be aware & proactive on shift metric reporting, understanding report outs & working on plans for improvement.
