Our client, located in NWI, is looking to hire a Controller with manufacturing experience. This role is with a growing company and offers a competitive salary and great benefits.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following :
- Help to manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
- Support all managers during the monthly and annual accounting close process
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of all budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor financial reports and determine cost saving opportunities.
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements as well as tax filings and requirements.
- Negotiate and coordinate with vendors
- Monitor customer credit insurance, property insurance, and other applicable business insurances.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies.
