Oct = 3-5 days weekday blocks and 1-2 weekends

Nov = 3-5 days weekday blocks and 1-2 weekends

Dec = 3-5 days weekday blocks and 1-2 weekends

BLS, ACLS and / or PALS is required, certification must be through the American Heart Association

Must have a Pennsylvania DEA

Must have a Pennsylvania state license

Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal residency
