Job Summary : Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) Lompoc, CA

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients with a variety of diagnoses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Supervise and direct support staff, such as physical therapy assistants and aides, as needed.
