What You’ll Do

• Champion safety excellence across asphalt paving, heavy construction, and aggregates operations.
• Audit sites and road crews, investigate incidents, and implement preventative measures.
• Collaborate with Risk Management to reduce liabilities and strengthen controls.
• Lead safety committees and post-incident learning teams.
• Design and deliver engaging training programs for all levels.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, TXDOT, and FMCSA standards.
