Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized pediatric services in a middle school setting. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive speech therapy to support students' communication development and academic success.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct speech and language evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement effective interventions tailored to pediatric patients.
- Provide teletherapy and in-person therapy sessions to address speech, language, and communication needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and integrate therapy goals into the school curriculum.
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and regulatory standards.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expert knowledge to develop appropriate accommodations.
Qualifications :
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings.Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and delivering remote speech therapy.Eligibility and willingness to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if applicable.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Location :
