As a CNA in our staffing pool, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments, including medical-surgical, telemetry, and emergency services, gaining diverse experience and expanding your skills. This position offers exceptional flexibility and the chance to make a difference in the lives of patients throughout our system.

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding. Monitor and report changes in patients' condition to the nursing staff. Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure). Assist with patient ambulation and transfers. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients. Document care provided in the electronic health record (EHR). Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Job Requirements :

• Current AHA CPR certification (CT CPRBLS)
• Current CNA Certification (CT NA)
• High School education or equivalent
• Successful completion of the Certified Nursing Assistant program.
