Job descriptionRelentless prospecting and territory development Confidence leading conversations with executives and decision-makers Consultative sales skills : uncover needs, present solutions, close business Resilience and discipline to push through obstacles and exceed goals A protected local territory - you're the CEO of your market Structured onboarding, sales training, and ongoing coaching Backing of one of the largest staffing firms in the U.S. (Forbes "Best Staffing Firms") A dedicated service delivery team that ensures client satisfaction and loyalty Competitive pay structure with uncapped commissions + full benefits Proven success in outside sales, business development, or staffing solutions Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (CRM experience a plus) Valid driver's license for local travel Above all : drive, commitment, and accountability Generating $150K+ in new gross margin annually Consistently hitting weekly prospecting and meeting activity goals Growing a portfolio of satisfied, long-term clients Recognition as a top producer with advancement
