Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator  to join our New York City team. This full-time position reports directly to the Executive Director and plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence across product management, inventory control, wholesale logistics, and cross-functional communication.

The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and passionate about growing a career in fashion operations and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Sales with order entry, invoicing and market appointments.
• Create and manage UPC numbers cross function with Production.
• Update and monitor company charts.
• Track and report weekly inventory to support sales and marketing.
• Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for reports, analyze data, and import information.
• Track wholesale orders, ensuring timely communication and update buyers.
• Coordinate warehouse pickups, freight forwarders and ensure delivery requirements are met.
• Manage customs, duties, and HTS Code documentation for import / export compliance.
• Support production on testing quality checks.
• Support Marketing to provide accurate product / inventory for sales reports, lookbooks, and photoshoots.
• Collaborate cross functional with team to manage sales samples.
