Job Title : Internal Communications Specialist – Transformation Support
Duration : 12–18 months (Contract)
Location : Flexible, with preference for New York City (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week / Tues / Wed / Thurs)
About the Role
We are seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to support a major business transformation program across the US and Canada. This role plays a critical part in engaging colleagues, building understanding of transformation initiatives, and helping the business unlock new levels of productivity, collaboration, and growth. The position will report to the US Internal Communications Leader and will partner closely with Operations, Technology, Finance, HR, and Business Leadership teams.
What You’ll Do
Strategy Development & Execution : Develop and deliver internal communication strategies that support business transformation projects, ensuring alignment with other workstreams and organizational goals.
Content Creation & Distribution : Create clear, engaging content across multiple channels (email, intranet, town halls, internal social platforms), ensuring consistency of tone and messaging.
Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with project managers, change leads, HR, and communications leaders to integrate change management activities into communications plans.
Measurement & Analysis : Track and analyze communication effectiveness, gathering feedback and insights to refine strategies and improve impact.
What You Bring
5–8 years of experience in internal communications or related corporate communications roles.
Expertise in change communications and experience supporting colleagues through organizational transformation.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and clearly present complex information.
Highly organized, with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with internal communication metrics and measurement practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
