Job Description & Requirements
2 Years current and strong Clinical Educator experience, ACLs, NBLS, MD / Compact license in hand
To promote the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective health care through the provision of expert clinical education and professional development. Collaborates with leadership team, clinical education team, and clinical staff in the planning and implementation of organizational and departmental goals, creating a climate of innovation through role-modeling, consultation, research, and the facilitation of learning.

Serves as a change agent, mentor, model, and coach for Critical Care, Rapid Response and Vascular Access Team staff.
Demonstrates ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate high-quality, cost-efficient educational programs for staff which build on foundational skills, introduce novel approaches, and advance critical thinking. Utilizes American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, Infusion Nurse Society, and Society of Critical Care Medicine as primary references for Critical Care, Rapid Response and Vascular Access.

Total Hourly Pay Rate : $66.65 Per Hour
On W2(Taxable) : $18.00 Per Hour
Stipend(Non-Taxable) : $48.65 Per Hour
Weekly Breakdown :
Weekly Gross : $2,666.00 Per Week
On W2(Taxable) : $720.00 Per Week
Stipend(Non-Taxable) : $1,946.00 Per Week
OT Rate ON W-2 $27.00 Per Hour
Hours per week : 40 Hours
