Location : Hybrid / Remote (3 days onsite in Houston)
Responsibilities :
Design, implement, and support enterprise AV and conferencing systems across global offices.
Provide Tier 3 support for Cisco Call Manager, Webex, Microsoft Teams, Crestron, and AV-over-IP solutions.
Lead AV projects, including new installations, upgrades, and integrations.
Develop and enforce global A / V standards, best practices, and documentation.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend scalable solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Mentor junior team members and support functional analysis for M&A initiatives.
Qualifications :
5–8 years of experience with software package configuration (application development a plus).
Strong knowledge of CI / CD practices.
Expertise with Cisco Call Manager, Webex, Microsoft Teams, Crestron, and AV-over-IP.
Strong understanding of AV networking and integration with IT infrastructure.
Strong communication, collaboration, and agile-workstyle skills.
