We are seeking a Senior Director of Procurement who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, commercial insight, and operational speed. This role is not about adding layers of process or slowing momentum—it’s about enabling the business to move faster, smarter, and with stronger commercial outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive commercial impact : Lead procurement as a strategic business lever, unlocking value through negotiations, partnerships, and category strategies that directly enable growth.
• Move with speed and precision : Act quickly on business needs, balancing risk management with urgency, ensuring that procurement is an accelerator, not a bottleneck.
• Partner cross-functionally : Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and functional leaders to align procurement decisions with company priorities, revenue goals, and innovation agendas.
• Challenge status quo : Cut through unnecessary process and bureaucracy; design lean, fit-for-purpose procurement approaches that scale without slowing the business.
• Leverage insights and data : Use market intelligence, vendor analytics, and financial acumen to make decisions that maximize value, optimize cost, and ensure sustainability.
• Lead and inspire : Build and mentor a high-performing team that combines sharp commercial instincts with pragmatic execution.

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $181,000 - $270,000 USD.

Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
