Lymphatic Organic is currently seeking a part-time front desk receptionist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside some of the most dynamic, strong, and resilient women you will ever meet! General

Strategic Intent

It is the intent of this position to assist the Treatment Specialist(s) in providing various treatments as detailed in the Lymphatic Organic Training Program, as well as, provide superior customer service to and build rapport with clientele.

Scope of Position

The Treatment Specialist Assistant is responsible for executing our overall mission, vision, and goals. They will assist a high-performing team that consistently delivers excellent customer service and top-line results.

Organizational Structure

The Treatment Specialist Assistant aids their assigned Treatment Specialist in day-to-day operations and reports to the Office Manager.

Duties and Supporting Responsibilities

Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.

A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is necessary.

An administrative background is essential, including experience with scheduling, phone handling, and client service check-in / out.

Experience in social media management is a plus, but not mandatory.

Provide before and after pictures to clients for their own personal tracking.

Process payment for treatment (if necessary).

Schedule a follow-up appointment or next treatment.

Requirements

Mandatory

Must be 18 years or older to qualify.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing / ability to logically and independently plan, organize, and complete work; takes initiative; well-developed interpersonal skills; ability to set and achieve high standards of performance.

Ability to make progress on multiple assignments under pressure of time.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

Able to present themselves with a high degree of confidence.

Computer proficiency to include : Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Reliable transportation.
