Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests by greeting, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register.
• Ensure the cleanliness and appealing appearance of the restaurant.
• Adhere to operational standards and safety procedures to provide fresh, high-quality food.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, taking on various roles such as front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals in a fun and positive setting.

Qualifications:

• Friendly and supportive team members are a must.
• Previous operational experience is a plus.
• Some high school education preferred.
• Food Handler certification may be required based on local laws, to be obtained at your expense.

ADA Statement:

During shifts, counter areas may be hot due to steam and food vapors, and the workspace is often confined. Employees are typically required to stand for prolonged periods, manage hot and cold food preparations, and utilize kitchen equipment efficiently. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to four hours while serving customers in a lively kitchen environment.
