Overview
Temporary Sales Associate at Coach Chinook store in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports the store's success during high-volume periods and aligns with Coach's commitment to providing products to customers. The peak season is when the most Coach customers visit, and we are seeking passionate brand ambassadors to join our store teams.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers using the Coach Experience Service expectation and selling behaviors.
- Interact genuinely and naturally with the customer.
- Maintain accuracy when operating POS and adhere to Coach cash handling policy.
- Ensure accurate email / name and data capture where permitted by law.
- Ensure proper phone etiquette when answering store calls.
- Drive conversion through client engagement and omni selling techniques.
- Support back of house tasks as needed.
- Represent the Coach brand appropriately.
- Demonstrate basic computer skills.
- Ability to execute at a fast pace; attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to climb, bend and kneel.
- Able to meet Coach Availability and Scheduling Expectations, including a flexible schedule with nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be available to work October 15 through January 15.

Deliver renowned and authentic service that creates a Modern Luxury customer experience.Develop product knowledge and stay up-to-date on current collections in-store and online; share information with the broader team.Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers.Support an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration with peers, customers, and supervisors.Build credibility as a personal stylist and fashion expert by staying current with market competition, fashion trends, and customer shopping behaviors; share with customers as appropriate.Qualifications
1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred. Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (including ability to use iPad / laptop, Mobile POS and Internet).Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team, maneuver the sales floor, and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements.Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.J-18808-Ljbffr
