The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), located near the Ozark Mountains, is seeking a full-time MD / DO Cardiac Non-Invasive Physician with an interest in Echocardiography. Little Rock, the capital city of Arkansas, offers a rich cultural scene, outdoor activities, and excellent amenities. It is an ideal place to live and work.

Highlights of this opportunity :

• Potential starting base salary : $350,000-$400,000
• Retirement pension and retiree health benefits for life
• Work schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm, including :
• 1 day / week in clinic
• 3-4 days / week in the echo lab
• 1 / 4 inpatient consult rotation
• 1 / 4 call coverage with hospitalist team support
• Paid Time Off : 50-55 days annually
• No employment contract restrictions; moonlighting permitted outside veteran facilities
• Financial incentives : recruitment, relocation, and up to $200K in education debt reduction
• Malpractice tail coverage provided
