Pay : $70,000 - $85,000 / Year

Job Description :

The Regional Property Manager will lead the operations of a diverse affordable housing portfolio, ensuring properties are well-managed, regulatory standards are met, and residents are supported with compassion and care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations across multiple affordable housing communities
• Provide coaching, leadership, and performance oversight for onsite property teams
• Ensure compliance with HUD, Section 8, and other affordable housing regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams on budgets, inspections, and resident engagement initiatives
• Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating when needed
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting for leadership and funding partners
• Guide staff through system transitions, policy changes, and procedural updates
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and resident-focused service
• Support staff development through regular one-on-one meetings and training
• Serve as a liaison with local housing authorities and community partners
