MUST HAVE PRIOR MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance to turn apartments, including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
- Respond to work orders and maintenance requests from residents and staff
- Maintain outdoor areas, including lawn mowing, landscaping, weed pulling, and working outside
- Keep common areas clean, safe, and in good working order, both inside and out
