California Licensed Auto Appraiser

A company is looking for a Field Auto Appraiser in the Santa Monica / Culver City, CA area.

Key Responsibilities :

Examine and appraise damaged vehicles in the field, documenting current and prior damage

Negotiate repair prices with facilities and ensure adherence to company claims procedures

Negotiate settlements and obtain necessary documentation for appraisals and settlements

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma required

2-3 years of field appraiser experience or 3-5 years of auto repair / body shop experience required

Strong customer service experience required

Good computer skills required

Ability to effectively deal with conflict
