Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney (Remote CA)

A growing California-based workers' compensation defense firm is seeking a Worker's compensation defense attorney to join their team. This position can be remote or based in one of several California office locations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and attend hearings / depositions
  • Negotiate settlements and manage caseload efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams and maintain client relationships

Qualifications :

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Active CA Bar license
  • 1+ years as a Workers' Comp Defense Attorney
  • Strong legal analysis, communication, and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy, proactive, and client-focused

    • Location Options :

  • Remote or in-office (Agoura Hills, Oxnard, Encino, Inland Empire, Long Beach, Orange County, Sacramento, or San Diego)

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Salary : $95,000 $220,000 annually
