About This Position :

Join a cutting-edge team pioneering advanced AI and machine learning solutions for defense and intelligence applications. As an AI / ML Engineer focused on Time Dominant Track Fusion (TDTF), you’ll transform complex sensor data into actionable intelligence—powering faster, smarter, and more accurate decision-making in real time.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI / ML models that enable precise object detection, identification, and classification across diverse data sources.
  • Apply advanced remote sensing and image processing techniques to analyze high-volume datasets and enhance situational awareness.
  • Create, refine, and optimize algorithms that drive next-generation data fusion and real-time analytics.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate AI / ML solutions into production environments.
  • Use Python to build, test, and scale AI-driven applications that deliver measurable performance improvements.
  • Manage source control and software configuration with Git to ensure code integrity and collaboration efficiency.
  • Operate and troubleshoot machine learning models in Linux environments, ensuring system reliability and high performance.

Required Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience building and delivering AI / ML-based solutions for object identification and classification.
  • Proven background in remote sensing, data exploitation, and algorithm development.
  • 4+ years of professional Python experience, with a focus on ML frameworks and data science libraries.
  • Strong understanding of software version control and collaborative workflows using Git.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with AWS or cloud-based ML infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with sensor systems, capabilities, and data integration.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with limited guidance.
  • Strong communication skills—capable of translating complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
