Senior Social Media Advertising Strategist (Remote US)

We’re future-focused and are looking for the right Senior Strategist with a growth mindset to join our evolving team. We use Customer Generation (a marketing methodology developed by us) which focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. This role has a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency.

Responsibilities
Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accountsServe as direct support to client contactsWeekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, work quality, and improvementsBuild strategies for clients each quarterCreate, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaignsProvide fractional support for internal marketing in support of a boutique agency within DirectiveDeeply understand client positioning and unique value propositionsConfirm lead routing is accurate within a CRMResponsible for personal productivity and utilizationWork with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are achievedUnderstand the value of Programmatic campaignsDrive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationshipsExecute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROIWhat You Offer (Qualifications)
4+ years experience at a performance / digital marketing agency with hands-on experience supporting B2B clientsDeep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn AdsUnderstanding of LinkedIn Ad Units such as Conversation Ads, Document Ads, CTV and moreProficiency with advertising platforms / tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and moreAbility to delegate to junior team membersStrong understanding of paid principles including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimizationAbility to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics / GA4, Excel, or other analytics platformsAbility to drive results and measure via OCTExperience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accountsAbility to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with dataCompetitive and curious problem solverResults-oriented with a growth mindset and a focus on continuous learningAbility to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyMaintains high ethical standards and quality in advertisingWillingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, per client or as neededWhat Success Looks Like

Remote-first company; you can work from anywhere in the US, with optional offices in Irvine, CA. Global opportunities may be available for certain locations with appropriate work authorization. This role operates 100% virtually from home; collaboration is via Zoom and Slack. You will use a laptop, necessary software, and other office tools.
