Role : Tour Director Allocations Specialist

Location : Cambridge, MA or Washington DC

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000 annually

Description :

As a Tour Director Allocations Specialist , your primary responsibility is to schedule and assign Tour Directors to student tours across the U.S. using EF's internal systems, phone, and email. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the right Tour Director is matched to the right tour-balancing availability, experience, and destination fit-while maintaining clear, timely communication throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities :

Tour Staffing and Coordination :

• Collaborate closely with Tour Director Managers and cross-functional teams to understand tour needs and manage last-minute changes.
• Ensure every tour is staffed with a qualified and enthusiastic leader (Tour Director).
• Serve as the key point of contact for Tour Directors before their tours, providing support and necessary information.
• Allocate all local Guides who live in the destination and provide in-depth city knowledge, complementing the Tour Directors' expertise.
