Integration Lead

The Integration Lead (IL) directly supports the government Indo-Pacific Science Manager (SM) and serves as a coordinator and integrator with government Program Managers (PMs) and Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) personnel. The IL is primarily a program management and acquisition support role, with a focus on eliciting and applying technical information from A&AS Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in support of CTR priorities and acquisition plans and facilitating collaboration across various government and A&AS teams using the Integrated Project Team (IPT) concept. The IL works closely with A&AS Project Analysts (PAs) and SMEs to facilitate comprehensive support and contributes to successful program engagements throughout the lifecycle from new country assessments and requirements development to engagement closeout. The IL supports the SM by identifying the right expertise requirements for projects, providing program management support for awards monitored by the SM, and integrating requisite technical and programmatic expertise into that support. The IL incorporates information from country and regional-level requirements, program plans, and end states into holistic recommendations for technical activities including but not limited to technical training, biosafety enhancements, and laboratory renovations. The IL reports to the A&AS Department Lead. The IL's primary government client interface is the SM and secondarily the PMs.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Program Management and Acquisition :

• Provide project management support (cost, schedule, and performance) for the full range of CTR activities in the assigned portfolio, using project management best practices and approved acquisition processes.
• Assist and advise government counterparts and engage A&AS counterparts throughout the acquisition lifecycle including but not limited to requirement validation, project idea development, acquisition planning, project initiation, execution and monitoring, and closeout.
• Coordinate and lead meetings to support SM for program execution, monitoring, and planning. Take notes and coordinate action items resulting from meetings.
• Support the client in drafting and finalizing messaging and reports related to the portfolio.
• Support government counterparts in Program Management Reviews (PMRs). Draft materials, prepare talking points, and assist with action items.
• Support prompt and thorough responses to short-fuse taskers.
• Utilize various government systems in course of support duties.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked.
