A company is looking for a SAP Client Tech Support Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 2nd level post-live issue resolution and lead complex solution design and configuration
Deliver client communications and manage ticket resolution while liaising with service delivery teams
Mentor and guide other consultants, including resource planning and team management
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of directly related experience
Experience with SAP Payroll / HR applications, including payroll configuration and time management
Strong understanding of payroll processing methodology
Ability to apply specialist knowledge in functional areas to enhance solutions and services
Experience in mentoring and guiding associates in areas of expertise
