• The manager let me know that the ideal candidate for this role will have experience with neurologic / brain injury population or patients of higher medical acuity. Pediatric experience preferred but not required. Possibility of extension / converison, but not guaranteed. Hours are M-F, 8am-4 : 30pm

Under the direct, on-premise supervision of a licensed physical therapist, provides physical therapy treatment procedures to an assigned inpatient caseload. Maintains an orderly environment in the physical therapy gym and treatment areas.

Actively participates in department planning meetings, and / or

Interpersonal relationships skills that permit effective communication with parents, children of various ages, peers and supervisors.

Pennsylvania State license as a Physical Therapy Assistant - Required

CPR Certification (within 90 days of hire)- Required

Associate Degree from an approved Physical Therapy Assistant Program- Required

At least one year pediatric experience - Preferred
