Responsibilities

• Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best possible experience.
• Own the sales floor and lead the team to prioritize customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by discussing product details, new arrivals, replenishment, and upcoming events.
• Stay informed about new and selling items and share insights with customers and the team.
• Lead day-to-day store operations in the Store Manager\'s absence and motivate the team to achieve sales goals in a team-based environment.
• Develop product knowledge across fashion and active-wear to better serve customers.
• Manage inventory needs and support business goals; assist with shipments and backroom processes as needed.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock, and ensure store cleanliness and safety in opening / closing.
• Support punctuality, attendance, and adherence to role responsibilities.
