Role Description

This is a contract role for a Travel Physical Therapist, located on-site in Napa, CA. The primary responsibilities include providing therapy services to patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting patient progress. The therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and treat a range of conditions. Responsibilities also include conducting evaluations, implementing therapy interventions, and educating patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation skills
• Knowledge of Physical Rehab and Geriatrics
• Strong Communication skills
• Effective collaboration skills with multidisciplinary team members
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred
• Current state licensure in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy
• CPR certification and other relevant certifications
