Window Genie, una empresa de Neighborly, es una franquicia de servicios para el hogar clasificada a nivel nacional dedicada a mejorar la apariencia y el valor de los hogares en su comunidad a través de diversos servicios, como limpieza de ventanas, lavado a presión, iluminación navideña, limpieza de canaletas y tintado de ventanas.
Como Representante de Servicio al Cliente, usted es un miembro clave del equipo para mantener nuestro compromiso con la satisfacción del cliente y el profesionalismo. Debe estar motivado, enérgico, orientado a los detalles y motivado para brindar el mejor servicio al cliente. Debe sentirse cómodo en las operaciones comerciales diarias y un gran comunicador.
Responsabilidades específicas:
• Contestar llamadas telefónicas entrantes.
• Proporcione estimaciones/cotizaciones de trabajo para los servicios y cierre la venta.
• Administrar e ingresar todos los datos en el sistema de punto de venta. Estar dispuesto a especializarse en nuestros sistemas.
• Programar y comunicar todos los trabajos, devoluciones de llamadas, retrasos y estimaciones con clientes y profesionales de servicio.
• Educar a los clientes sobre las verticales de servicio, las oportunidades de venta adicional y el seguimiento de todos los servicios.
• Realice llamadas telefónicas de recordatorio de servicio salientes a los clientes.
• Administra todas las llamadas telefónicas, correos electrónicos y calendarios de oficina.
• Realice marketing ligero, como envíos masivos de correos electrónicos y mensajes de texto, llamadas automatizadas y actualizaciones de redes sociales, según sea necesario.
• Ayudar al propietario en todos los servicios internos y de cara al cliente de la empresa. Las tareas pueden variar según la estacionalidad.
Requisitos de trabajo:
• Experiencia en roles de Administración, ventas internas y Representante de Servicio al Cliente.
• Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
• Orientado a los detalles con fuertes habilidades de entrada de datos.
• Apariencia y personalidad profesional.
• Jugador de equipo que puede trabajar de forma independiente.
• La experiencia previa para un proveedor de servicios a domicilio es una ventaja.
