Master Automotive Technician / Service Advisor

M-F Schedule | $100K+ Potential | A+ Shop Culture

• ?? Who We’re Looking For :

Professional appearance and an extremely positive attitude

Strong communication skills — great with customers, technicians, and teammates

Motivated, honest, and dependable — team-first mindset is a must

Ability to retain information and build relationships with both customers and technicians

Willingness to learn and grow with ongoing training

$100K+ potential (pay plan based on ability & experience — you’ll be compensated well if you’re the right fit)

5-day work week (Monday–Friday, closed weekends )

8 paid holidays

10 days PTO after 90 days (15 after 3 years)
