Upstream Brewing, a leading brewery and restaurant in the heart of Omaha, NE, is seeking motivated individuals with a passion for providing outstanding customer service to join our team as Servers.

Attention to detail is one of the key attributes we are looking for in our Servers. As a Server at Upstream Brewing, you will play a pivotal role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests by providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. We are committed to delivering an unparalleled dining experience to each and every guest, and your attention to detail will be critical in our quest to achieve this goal.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their tables
• Present menus and help customers select food and beverages
• Take and serve food / drinks orders promptly
• Ensure the accuracy of orders by liaising with the kitchen and bar staff
• Deliver checks and accept payment
• Remove dirty dishes and utensils, sanitize tables, and replenish utensils if necessary
• Provide exceptional customer service and address guests' inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Attention to detail in taking and delivering orders accurately
• Attention to detail in providing exceptional customer service
• Attention to detail in keeping the dining area clean and organized
• Attention to detail in processing payments correctly
