Responsibilities

:

• Document Preparation: Draft and review legal documents such as deeds, contracts, and leases.
• Research: Conduct thorough research on property titles, zoning laws, and other relevant real estate regulations.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and clarify legal concepts related to real estate transactions.
• Administrative Duties: Manage case files, schedule appointments, and ensure all documents are filed correctly and on time.
• Closing Transactions: Assist attorneys in real estate closings by preparing closing documents, calculating prorated charges, and coordinating with all parties involved.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions comply with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications:

• Education: Typically requires an associate degree or higher, with certification from the American Bar Association preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills are essential.
