Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee preconstruction activities, including cost modeling, budgeting, value engineering, and scheduling to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Manage contract negotiations, procurement strategies, and consultant selection on behalf of the owner.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with AHCA and other healthcare facility standards throughout design and construction.

  • Supervise multiple project managers and consultants across concurrent healthcare programs, maintaining clear communication and accountability.
  • Develop and monitor project performance metrics, cost controls, and reporting mechanisms for executive-level stakeholders.
  • Foster long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for continued partnership and growth in the healthcare sector.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience managing healthcare construction projects, preferably with experience in hospitals, medical office buildings, or outpatient facilities.
