What will you be doing?

• Client Communication and Response : Consistently respond to clients within specified timeframes based on the level of service purchased.
• Morning Service Department Duties : Perform daily tasks, including monitoring RMS statuses, ordering parts, checking stock inventory, and addressing in-house service requests.
• Field-Level Service Management : Manage the field-level service process, ensuring discreet, clean, and flawlessly functional project completion, while effectively communicating with the Service Department.
• Equipment Maintenance : Maintain both the technical performance and attractive cosmetic appearance of equipment and systems during each service call.
• Client Recommendations : Conduct objective assessments to recommend Client Care Packages and equipment upgrades.
• Client Outreach Programs : Collaborate with the Company and Service Manager on consistent outreach programs to engage clients.
• Continuous Learning : Stay updated on new equipment, evaluation procedures, and address frequent bugs through continuous education on supported product lines.
• Project Completion Involvement : Directly participate in the final stages of project completion to ensure all new projects are ready for commissioning.
