• Lead development of VAD center and structural heart program
• High-volume tertiary center performing 700+ open-heart procedures annually
• Board-certified or board-eligible cardiovascular surgeon required
• 5+ years experience with structural heart procedures and VADs required
• Robotic-assisted cardiac surgery capabilities available
• Join multidisciplinary team with 12 CVT surgeons in region
• Advanced programs including TAVR, MitraClip, and EP services
