Primary Role :
We are seeking a skilled licensed Electrical Engineer to join our team and help establish our in-house electrical engineering department. This is a unique opportunity to build this sector of our business from the ground up, shaping processes, standards, and a collaborative culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical systems for various residential (Multi-family / mixed-use) projects, working closely with our internal mechanical and plumbing engineering disciplines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Electrical Engineer would be a team member of our Engineering Services group and report to the Vice President – Technical Services
This position is based at our corporate office in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. Experience with a virtual work environment would be beneficial and working from an alternate location may be considered.

Supplemental Information :
This is a full-time / non-exempt position based in our New Jersey office but with flexibility to accommodate the needs of the position and the applicant. Roughly 90% office work and 10% field work. Salary will be commensurate with experience and reviewed at least annually for performance and opportunity potential.
