Commercial Lines Client Service Manager - LaGrange, GA

The Commercial Lines Client Service Manager plays a vital role in supporting our clients, maintaining strong relationships, and delivering efficient, high-quality service across all stages of the account lifecycle. This position is for the Origin (formerly CBU) department and focuses on servicing small to mid-sized commercial accounts.

Work Performed

• Support the servicing of commercial lines business, including data management, documentation, policy changes, audits, premium comparisons, billing, and day-to-day servicing
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members
• Coordinate and process policy documents including binders, ID cards, insurance summaries, proposals and certificates
• Handle client billing including invoicing, reconciling account discrepancies, and tracking outstanding payments
