What you will be doing

Performing take-offs, creating estimates and submitting proposals for work requested by General Contractors

Learn and keep up to date with various waterproofing systems, their application and the costs associated

Reporting directly to the VP and working with other estimators, you will be relaying information between the field, office and clients throughout the bid process

What you'll need

5+ years in estimation for commercial waterproofing, restoration, masonry or construction

Driving license with ability to be insured on company vehicle

Proficiency in Bluebeam, HeavyBid or EDGE

Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
